You should visit this one if you haven't been on an aircraft carrier. I haven been to other war ships and submarines. An aircraft carrier is really different.

If you like this sort of thing, there is a tremendous amount of history in this ship and it took me about 3 hrs to feel like I was satisfied. There are lots of steep stairs. So don't whine about it. If you are not in shape for this type of walking then go somewhere else.
I've been to visit the Lexington about 2 years ago, and it still moves me to this day. History is a very fascinating experience first hand.
As a daughter of a World War II veteran, it was amazing to see how they lived and worked on the aircraft carrier. It was very educational and worth the money.
It's worth the price and effort of driving. We love the sights, Beach and the planes on display. We came here as part of our weekend trip. It's beside the Texas State Aquarium so it's a big plus. It was a real experience. The hardship our naval personel experience is unbelivable. All for the good of our country and freedom. The tour Lexington is a wonderful experience. Thank you to our Armed Forces
There is a lot to do on the USS Lexington. The Hangar deck is full of exhibits to look at including airplanes, a flight simulator and a small restaurant to eat at. The flight deck also has a ton of airplanes to look at as well as a cool little "walking the plank" area that was terrifying to walk out...

Much more on board in terms of history and exhibits -- Its not just a big ship. Combine trip with Aquarium and/or Science Museum.
If you've never been on a ship before definitely take the time to stop and explore this ship. It is huge and you get to see a lot of areas that I didn't think you would get to see.
