If you are in Seattle, try to catch a Mariners baseball game! Safeco Field it is a great and enormous stadium, one of my favourites in MLB. I walked around the stadium and noticed that one can get great views of the field from almost everywhere.

Beautiful field, enormous scoreboard with nice HS quality. The walk around vendors carry some great beers, so you don't have to leave your seat to get a high quality brew. Don't worry, you're not stuck with Coors, just wait for the other guys. I command you to eat the garlic fries! These are legit fries my friends. Real garlic, not... More

What a great park! My husband and I sat on the Terrace Club level and were very impressed! The menu items to choose from on the in-seat service menu was pretty extensive. The drink choices on the level was awesome as well. The wine bar had a lot to choose from and the last beer stand on the third-base line... More

Can get there by public transit for $2.00 from downtown- however my bus left a good little hike from the stop into the gate. It was a cool night and I was getting ready to pack it in when a vendor with coffee showed up-that let me hang in there for two more innings. Cabbed it back to the hotel... More

That pretty much sums it up. As soon as you get to the top of the main entrance and walk across the causeway the view opens up to one of THE most impressive ball fields in the game. Great views from just about everywhere. Ample seating space. Ample room when exiting the building. First rate facility!

Allright, I don't live in the US (anymore). So 'some things' have changed. Going with a cooler full of drinks and food to make it a picknick as well - not anymore. Unfortunetely this meant an extra trip back to the car. But...there are plenty of diner options to be had here. Garlic fries are famous and I wonder now... More

I had the priviledge of seeing a Mariners game this last weekend, and I could not believe how state-of-the-art the entire facility was. This stadium has the largest viewing screen in MLB and probably the best customer service I've seen in that grand of a scale. The players were energentic, the working folks were friendly, the food was unbeatable, and... More

I always have success finding great seats on StubHub, and love spending time at Safeco. Rain or shine, this park is great!

I'm not much of a baseball fan, but the cheap seats at a game with the kids is great. They love the play area and it is just a beautiful ball park. It is a nice outing for friends who are visiting the area.

we really liked the layout of this stadium. They keep the roof open on nice days. There are tons of food vendors, so the options aren't just hot dogs and beer. And, it's walking distance to downtown Seattle and Pikes Market
