Lots of curves, but beautiful rock formations all standing up straight like needles. Very scenic! Couple of one car tunnels :)

You have to drive Needles Highway to get there, and my family is not too fond of driving Needles Highway (my father is afraid of heights). But it's definitely cool. :)

Everyone stops at the Needles Eye, the ultimate destination on the most Beautiful Road in the Black Hills!! Drive Needles Hwy from SE to NW for best impact. At the Eye, you might see rock-climbers, you might get to make small-talk with visitors from around the world and you will definitely get some great pics and views. Parking is limited,...

One of the rides you must do if you go to the Sturgis rally is the Needles Highway and Needles eye. Really amazing!

Watch out for your mirrors when you drive through and other people. Make sure you stop and walk around. The views are worth it.

In the Fall its surrounded by Aspen, not so many tourists and its a great sight. Neat tunnel beside it too.
