My wife and I just returned from a trip through the Southwest. I am a photographer and had put Antelope Slot Canyon on my short-list of must see sights. After some research (there are a lot of companies that will take you through the canyon) I booked through Chief Tsosie. It was one of the best decisions of the entire... More

we took a 2 hour detour on our recent roadtrip to visit this canyon and it was well worth it! its out of this world. Good value tour, we just did this genral tour, they also offer photography tours if u want to spend longer waiting for the right light and less people. we were there on a quiet day... More

More accomodationg than their competitors. We had a great guide. The ride out was a bit bumpy but was a fun part of the adventure, so worth it to see the amazing canyon. We got hundreds of great photos. It was crowded. We did our tour at 1:00 but all tours were full when we booked the day of except... More

Although the process is a bit impersonal, sitting ten in the back of a covered pickup truck, it is well worth it. We had a great guide who made sure everyone got the best possible pictures, even though this was not a 'photographic tour.' In effect they are all photographic tours. The photographers on the photographic tour, which costs more,... More

NB 5 stars given for the Canyon and Not the experience! Ok the good part first. This is a stunningly beautiful Slot Canyon which if you haven't seen should be on the to do list, especially if you are a photographer. Now the not so good. The Navajo nation has taken it upon themselves to generate as much cash as... More

This is a spectacular 5 star attraction, but I have given it 4 stars because it is waaaaaaay too crowded. They are more interested in making this a cash cow than they are in giving it the respect that it deserves. My guide on the tour provided by the Chief Tsosie tour company was rude and pushy - but then... More

Went on photo tour with Chief Tsosie. This is one of the most unique places we've ever been to. Guide was very knowledgeable about where the best photo opportunities were, where to set up your camera and how to shoot. It was crowded (late April). If you don't mind being herded like cattle and are not too clostrphobic, this is... More

We did the photography tour with Ray and were absolutely amazed at the beauty of this slot canyon. Its the only time I can say that the reality was actually BETTER than the pictures. Ray helped us set our cameras for the correct settings and led us back and forth through the canyon to get the best shots, find the... More

Antelope Slot Canyon is one of the most unique places on earth and a "Bucket List" must! Ignore all the whiners who complain about the open-air truck and bumpy, dusty ride to the canyon, it's all of 15 minutes and it's part of the adventure. Our guide was Irene and she is great!! First, her operating knowledge of every type... More

We took a tour to The Upper Antelope Slots Canyon at 1pm. The 10am and 1pm times are supposedly the best, as the sun is highest in the sky, but this also comes at a little more expense, as these times also cost a little more. As a tourist it was extremely annoying to have others blocking photograph opportunities and... More
