The chocolates are amazing. I am not a huge chocolate person but these chocolates you can't just eat one. The store is a little pricey but well worth the money. You are getting premium quality chocolate not store bought chocolates. If you are in brooklyn you definitely should check this place out!

Love the chocolate. It is the best but not liking the price hikes. I think the prices have gone up because it has gotten more popular.

We made a pit stop at the Brooklyn location of Jacques Torres Chocolate on a Saturday afternoon. We were a little bummed that the factory side wasn't working. Anyway, we got some chocolate bark and a small box of truffles. Those are some of the best chocolates I've ever had. Well worth stopping for a treat!

What better way is there to cross the Brooklyn Bridge and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, a chocolate chip cookie and then of course bring some home -- visit Jacques Torres! The best spot for absolutely divine chocolate. A fan forever!

Had done a search and decided to visit store in dumbo, this is not in the same league as max brenners, we bought two frozen hot chocolate drinks, they were really awful, undrinkable and went in the bin, very disappointing, and service was not much better.

Ok, so prior to our visit to New York City I'd trawled the net for interesting places to visit. I stumbled across information on the area known as DUMBO which lies beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. It appears that there is a park there, a pizza place, an ice cream parlour and a chocolate shop - the recipe for perfection when... More

The title says it all - plus get the chocolate covered Cheerio's. But since I have to write at least 50 characters... The staff was warm & friendly, the chocolate was fresh & yummy. The specialty items were original - and the ones that weren't too original were still the best you could have without haivng someone make it for... More

The chocolates are expensive. Hot chocolate is thick - almost the consistency of pudding. Wicked Hot Chocolate had a kick from chipotle and chili.

I'm not sure some of the other reviews are valid...read on. I went here purely based on Tripadvisor reviews. I was most interested in trying the "frozen" hot chocolate, which was described by a number of reviews as being like hot chocolate-flavored ice cream. In fact, its actually a liquid the consistency of pepto bismol, and tastes rather rancid or... More
