Good stop to check out some great history. It was a short tour but beautiful home that brings you back to that time period.
The tour was very nice and the home is restored beautifully. The woman who gave the tour knew a lot of the history, not just for this house and Juliette Low, but for Savannah as well. I was never in the girl scouts, but now I wish I had been!
As a former Girl Scout it was great to spend a bit of time here. We also happened to be here on 10/31/11 which was Juliette's birthday so they had girl scout cookies to share with visitors - nice touch!
As a former brownie, this was really neat. Even if you were never a girl scout/brownie, it was great to see the house all decorated for the holidays. It was my favorite house tour we took! I also got my girl scout pin for doing the house tour!
Any Girl Scout worth her badges should visit this home. This is the home of the founder of the Girl Scouts and should not be missed if you are or ever were a Brownie or Girl Scout.
