We were incredibly moved and emotional. You saw people, but never heard them. I'm struggling to find the words to describe this very sombre experience - a tribute to the real spirit of New York - to all who died in 9/11. We took the tour, which was something that will remain permanently in our memories. Our tour guide was excellent and he was the only fire fighter in his unit that day who survived. His story and the entire experience were indeed special and heartwarming. This tour is not to be missed!
This is a must see memorial when in NYC. It is a somber reflection of the lives lost, but also an inspiration of renewal.
There were a lot of items displayed from the event and a lot of items to purchase to support the museum effort.
