Maybe it was my mistake for going to FAO Schwartz first...whatever the case may be. Next time, I will avoid this store all together. Although the idea of a carousel inside a store is unique, it's not worth waiting for.

There is a ferris wheel in the entrance! Each carriage is designed to a specific theme e.g. my little pony, cabbage patch kids. There is any toy you can think of in this store. Worth a visit!
My 9 year old daughter Absolutely adored going here. The ferris wheel inside of toys r us was a highlight. Let's just face it, this place is toy store Mecca!
Be forewarned... You have to pass though the scary Elmo and scary Dora characters busking for photo ops in Time Square.

I spent almost two hours in this store! When you walk in you are greeted by a Ferris Wheel. As you wander around you will find a larger than life Barbie dream house, a life Size Optimus Prime, Spiderman, Superman, and Candy Land! A must stop for kids and adults!
I saw the ferris wheel on passing and insisted that I had to go on it! It was 10.30pm and there was no queue. Despite being 26 and 30 years old, we enjoyed our five minutes (felt quite a long time) on the ferris wheel and felt like kids again. Something worth doing for both families and couples.
Best store in the world!! I went back to this place like five times. So much to see!! If I had gone here when I was a kid, I think I would have cried... From the massive ferris wheel in the middle of the store, to the section with GIANT versions of all types of candy, the MASSIVE life-size Barbie...
