This is a hop on and hop off bus tour with around 5 different routes that are colour coded. We bought the 48 hour all lines ticket but discovered this didn't cover the pink line which us one we wanted. You need to make sure what you want to see is covered by the ticket routed you have. The tour... More

I highly recommend doing this if you are a first time visitor to NYC. It is an easy way to get to a lot of the most desirable locations throughout the city. The staff is incredibly helpful. Crystal Jimenez(excellent at her job!), one of the ticketing agents, suggested we get the VIP pass and we are so thankful we did.... More

AVOID AVOID AVOID. In order to make the most of my brief visit to New York, I wanted to buy the five attractions package on line so I could hit the ground running when I arrived in New York. I tried on Tuesday the 12th of March to purchase and got to the final screen where it said my order... More

We bought a 3 day pass to see the NYC sights and we thought it was well worth the money and it was hassle free for us. The bus stopped was right out the front of our hotel and there was plenty off hop on hop off stops through out the city. It's not a five star way to see... More

My girlfriend and I went on the 8h Manhattan Experience trip with Reggie as our driver and Serge as our guide - fantastic people who made this a great trip. Lot of facts and trivia about the city, a nice lunch, harbour cruise and Top of the Rock... Well, the last one when it clears up (voucher are valid for... More

We booked the 8 hour Manhatten experience. Serge, the guide, and Reggie, the driver, were both excellent. The tour provided just what it advertised - a very good overview of the area. The lunch in Little Italy was fine, and darn good considering they served about 50 people at one time. The boat cruise around the Statue of Liberty, etc.,... More

Booked tour online before heading to NYC. It is okay if you are not trying to get to sights in a timely manner and don't mind being stuck in traffic. One tour guide was good the other three we heard were not. Would recommend a map and the subway as best way to see city sights. I wouldn't use again.... More

My husband and I recently visited New York City and had the privilege to enjoy an amazing tour of the Yankee Stadium by an amazing tour guide, Gilbert! He made it fun and enjoyable, even in 60 degree weather and pouring rain. His knowledge and love for his city made the tour that much more enjoyable! We were also graced... More

We did not know where to start when we reached NYC as we had never been before. Thankfully, with the tours on the Gray Line bus, we were able to figure out better where we were throughout the rest of the stay. We did the 48 hour loop and bought our Top of the Rock tickets through them (for $5... More

Do not bother with this. Advertised as 2+ hours for the Downtown Loop, beware of the +! - it took 4 Hours mostly sitting in heavy traffic and endless sets of traffic lights.. OK this is NYC, but it becomes a very costly way of seeing the city and almost boring. Could not understand the tour guide most of the... More
