This class is super fun, we went together with my gf for a couples class and had great time. Everyone gets to make 4 pies and you use your own creativity for the topping. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And the pizzas we made turned out to be delicious. It was fun and easy. Take this class, you... More

A group of us took a pizza making class here! One of the funnest things we did in NYC! Add this fun experience to your list of things to do while in New York. Mark Bello was our chef/instructor. He was entertaining and made even the non-cooks like myself enjoy the process of making pizza dough, homemade sauce and delicious... More

My wife gave me this class for my birthday and it turned out to be everything I hoped for and then some!!! A great pizza has to start with the crust and that is what you lean from Mark, Jenny and crew. You start from scratch with ingredients that you can buy at your local market and then you learn... Wonderful from start to finish. Obviously based on long experience of pizza making, adapted to home kitchens. Good instructions. Very well organised. All our pizzas turned out very well. Great patter. Even the corny "dough" puns. Highly recommended for something different to do in New York.

I have been making pizzas at home for quite some time and what I learned in this class will be a game changer for me. The quality and amount of toppings, the technique for perfect NY style crust, and the simplicity of great dough (no it's not the NY water) all coverd in class by excellent, patient instructors. This was... More

Really fun, informative, tasty 4 hours. My wife and I brought our 10 year olde, all had fun. 4 hours seems like a long time, but goes fast and you have to let your dough rise (yes you make your own with yeast from scratch). You can have a beer or glass of wine, decide what kind of pie to... More

I can now certainly cross making the perfect pizza off my bucket list. Last year my daughter invited me to take a pizza class while I was visiting her in NYC. The moment I entered into Pizza a Casa I had a great feeling I was going to perfect my pizza and sauce while glancing around the room with all... More

I attended today and had a wonderful time. Our class ended up lasting about 4.5 hours and it went sooo quickly. Mark, Jenny and Mike are wonderful hosts and it was a fun way to chat with other students. Each participant makes 4 pizzas (or less and takes the leftover dough home) and Mark provides the perfect dough recipe. I... More

Mark runs a most entertaining and effective pizza school. While sampling some of his favorites, you also make four pizzas from scratch over 3-4 hours. You choose all ingredients but the staff is very helpful in guiding you. And you make amazing pizza!

I booked this class during my Spring Break vacation and it was a huge highlight of the trip. The pizza tips are incredible and Mark and Jenny are AMAZING instructors. The entire staff was so helpful and supportive that it made everyone comfortable to explore our skills with pizza making. I can't not say enough great things about this pizza... More
