A 2-hour cruise to take in the Apostle Islands on a Fall sunny day was great. Unique to see basically uninhabited islands with their natural beauty in Lake Superior waters. Recommend it highly on a good weather day to take in this National Preserve area.

We took the Grand Tour on a recent trip to Bayfield in Sept., 2012. It was a cooler, sunny day so we choose to sit on the top exposed area of the boat. We dressed accordingly & brought layers of outerwear so we were comfortable. There are so many islands that I lost my bearing after awhile! We were lucky... More

Beautiful cruise on a very chilly day. The Captain's narrative was terrific and the glass bottom view is amazing.

It was a bit chilly and blustery for this cruise. A number of people had to sit on top in the open air, it was very cold for them. The cruise path was very nice. Our captain, Capt Brett was VERY knowledgable and kept us informed throughout the trip. The waves became quite large and choppy and in the end,... More

We took the Grand Tour of the islands. It was very windy that day so we were not able to get to Devil's Island because the swelles and wave were too dangerous. The Captain opted to show us several sunken ships to make up for it. The glass bottom gave us great veiws of them. The Captain showed us very... More

The Grand Tour was okay. The Outer Island Tour was too long for what you get to see. BUT!!! The Glass Bottom boat cruise was terrific!!! They take you not only to ship wrecks, but to the caves and to some of the island lighthouses. Don't know if it's the same Captain everytime, but the one we had was terrific...... More

Captain Brian and the crew were very accomodating and informative. Cruise left and returned on time (as if that really made a difference as Bayfield is a laidback place). Stories on the trip made it very enjoyable and entertaining.

I purchased two Seize the Deals for the Grand Tour for me and my husband. We decided it might be something fun to try. No where on the paper did it say anything about needing reservations, nor does it say anything about that on their web site so we drove 90 miles one way and arrived an hour early for... More

We went on the island cruise and saw four ship wrecks through the glass bottom boat. Also visited three light houses and the Sand caves on Sand Island. Had a very enjoyable trip. Learned about the traffic on Lake Superior. Beautiful day and beautilfu lake. Cruise personell were great.

The crew was accomodating, the tour started on time and seating was not a problem. I took the morning Grand Tour and the weather started out great but we did run into a rain storm. A few brave souls (myslef included) chose to stay up on the top deck for awhile and got soaked but it was fun riding the... More
