I would say that this beach is really great and stunning... but not quite as good as 'Tumon Beach' which is right in the centre of Tumon Bay. Ypao Beach Park is more on the south side of the bay. There's usually plenty of free parking available, a playground for the kids, and a picnic areas for gatherings. Clean beach, fairly calm waters for swimming & snorkeling, and great place to stroll along when you're wrapping up the day. More
