Along the way, our friendly instructors, all of whom are certified lifeguards, will teach you the skills to be confident stand up paddlers. We guarantee that you can stand up and that you'll have a great time with us. Come by yourself or with a group. All groups are private – we do not join you with strangers. Lessons are 2 hours and photos are available free of charge. We are available from sun-up to sun-down. We do not have set times; we go when it is convenient for you. If your time permits, come experience our spectacular Sunset Lesson. Ready for even more paddling fun? Join us for our astounding coastal adventure (come see the dolphins!)or our fitness paddle. My husband and I wanted to try this, but were a little nervous being in our 50's. Our instructor, Rohan could not have been a better instructor. We took to it easily under his guidance. Having no prior paddle boarding experience, the instructor made sure to give tips to ready us for any situation. His instructions were clear and helpful. SO are so glad we chose Rainbow Watersports Adventures. We really enjoyed our lesson with Rowan- He was an excellent instructor. None of of fell off the boards once! Okay, you win the prize for "coolest creature found while paddling!" We see a lot of turtles and plenty of dolphins (on our coastal adventure), but sea horse? That's a first! How cool. More

This was our first time paddle boarding. Our guide was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were up and paddling in no time. We saw dozens of turtles in the river and ha a blast. More
