Small, interesting, self guided, not too pricey ... Worth the time and they have some great old photos and historical items on display. Something for the hubby to do while wife or girlfriend shopping.

Educational for kids and families. Good exhibits especially the life size sperm whale skeleton at the entrance to the village.
Very informative and informal. Well done. Good movie on whaling. Very kid friendly, but good stuff for adults. Not dumbed-down.

All you need to know about the whaling industry that was once in the Hawian Islands. Whale skeleton hangs above you shows just how big they are! Good place to relax out of the sun. Located in Whalers Village shops at Ka'anapali Beach.
The whaling museum is well worth a visit. Only $3 to enter and has an amazing collection of historical artificats and documents. Well presented and laid out. Does invlove quite a bit of reading!!
Nice little museum on the third floor. It closed early so keep that in mind. This little place is not a destination stop. I was surprised how small it was...I expected this huge room with whale skeletons. If you get bored...go.....
