We did the 40 minute tour with our 2 year old and it was good. She loves trains so that was a bonus. Guide was funny and stopping to feed the animals was a nice break. For what it was the tour was pricey so beware. Wanted to do the Koloa rum tasting but 21+ in tasting room and close... More

The tour was a great learning experience about the plantation, its history and the way it is being used now, our tour guide did his job well, I recommend it a must do for anyone interested in this place.

Fun to ride on the train through the Wilcox property. Relaxing and informative. Stopped to feed some cute farm animals.

We went to the Kilohana Plantation Estate because of the bad weather and many other things were closed. We thought the children might enjoy the train ride and we would get to see an historic house.... The train ride is a tourist trap! It cost our family over $100 WITH the 15% disount coupon. Nice old train but the tour... More

So we had a sad experience at another event so we came to the railway. Awesome time and where else can you feed wild pigs??? Food, show, entire event was great and we will gladly return next year.

Exploring the plantation from the train made it easy and the commentary was very informative. I always assumed pineapples grew on trees! Beautiful scenery.

You take a train ride through the plantation fields and along the way they stop and let you feed the wild pigs and goats. We all enjoyed this one. You gotta see it......it's nice!!

The "narrative" given during the trip was lacking and difficult to hear because there is no microphone/audio system. The poor guide was talking as loud as he could but we couldn't hear much. You do see a lot of plants and flowers on the ride, but you can see most of those if you simply walk around the gardens. The... More

I can't say why but my family and I really enjoeyed this, the naration really is the key I believe. They talk about local crops and their history on the island, our narrator host was very doen to earth. In addition it is locted on the Kilohana pantation so it sort of a package deal, there are the shops, a... More
