It is a nice store and the prices are comparable to REI. But the customer service is poor. Arrogance must be a requirement on the job application.

Wild Iris Rocks! Great limestone pocket climbing in a wild setting. Far removed from crowds and urban areas, the Wild Iris offers a pleasent out of the way destination for the traveling climber. Climbs range from 5.8 - 5.14a.
