This building is an Oshkosh gem. Located downtown. Once inside you are transported back to a time when live entertainment took the place of tv and movies. Haunted too. Too bad they are not big enough to accommodate broadway style shows. Which limits them and keeps their schedule thin. It's worth going to experience it, at least once.

It is a beautiful old theater that has recently been renovated, so if you can, check out a show to really experience this historical building.

We attended a high school play here. New performing art centers could study this building and take a lesson in acoustics. Not a bad seat in the house and you can hear soft voices on stage without any amplification.

Beautiful inside. Lots of nice events held there. The acoustics are great for musicals and singing.

This is a fun place to go to with the family. It was totally restored 20 years ago.

This is an absolutely beautiful restoration of a Victorian-era theatre. Musicians and others love to perform here--it's intimate and the acoustics are good. My only complaint is that the seats are small--they're made for the smaller people of an earlier time. And, sad to say, the place is not booking nearly the number and quality of acts that it did... Oshkosh almost tore this place down! It is an absolutely stunning, smaller, but very grand opera house. The acoustics are unbelievable. Go see a play here or entertainment, you won't regret it.

I'm not a big opera fan but have seen a few when Gail Dobish came to perform a few years back. The place was pretty decent and I did enjoy myself.
