Seems like every variety of tree is planted here. Fascinating collection and all labeled. Lovely grounds best enjoyed from late May to October.

This is just a lovely magical place for a stroll and a picnic. I think it is one of Spokane's undiscovered spots where anyone can enjoy a piece of heaven.

A beautiful park just outside of downtown Spokane. Fun for kids to run and explore and parents to take a leisurely walk. Our family likes to picnic here and enjoy the beauty of the trees during different seasons.

Some of these pictures are not of the Finch. There is no huge greenhouse and the grounds are not so tailored. This is a georgous tree park with mature trees and flowering plants. The beautiful small creek has been widened and is more people friendly than years past. The Finch has had a wonderful arborist and it shows. I have been... More

Safe with plenty of parking! As a birder, F.A. is a great place to observe both animals and birds.Bring a bird, tree or plant book and binoculars - then relax and enjoy.

Hm...this picture is not Finch Arboretum. It's Duncan Gardens at Manito Park. Finch Arboretum is a large natural park. Lovely in any season.

It's hard to find the entrance. It' also next to the noisy I-90 so classical music on headphones helps a lot. Having taken some horticulture classes, this arboretum is a real treasure. When choosing your landscaping trees, PLEASE go see how they grow so you don't chop them up because they are outgrowing their too small planting space. I do... More

Year round area to have a quiet walk through a large variety of trees and plants. Several acres with a small brook passing through. Beautiful Fall colors, and Spokane Parks and Rec have a few programs there throughout the year.
