Been wanting to do this tour for years. It lived up to its billing. Awesome, huge assembly line. Many factory tours take place during down time and you don't actually get to see anything happening. Not so on this very informative and fun tour. Highly recommend to all, not just airplane buffs

Their emphasis is on the past and present of flight, not that much to see about the future, other than planes being built that obviously will be flying also in the future. Nonetheless, an interesting visit and well worth the time and money. What is a complete waste of money is the Innovator, which offered a ride called ¨The Barnstormers¨which... More

The full factory tour is $18, vs $10 for just the gallery. Pay the extra 8 bucks for the tour. The gallery alone isn't worth the drive out there or the price. The factory tour takes you on a bus from the gallery building to the plant building. In the plant, you can't get close to anything, but the observation... More

We go and take the Future of Flight tour of the Boeing factory every few years and there is always something new. Boeing has been constantly changing the factory configuration and its aircraft product lines. The tour gives you a good idea of how different the production methods are for the 747, 777, and 787 aircraft. The 747 is an... More

They strongly advise visitors to call ahead and make a reservation for their public tour of the plant, but unless it’s a holiday or a weekend, I would certainly avoid calling them for ticket reservation, as you will be charged an extra $2.50 advanced reservation fee on top of the nominal price for the ticket. With that being said, this... More

There is no longer a $2.50 fee to book in advance. In fact, advance tickets are now $2 less than purchasing them at the door. More

This is definitely something you should not miss! The museum part is kind of small so it's fairly quick to go through. To be honest, its a little forgettable, but there is some neat stuff. The truly amazing part was the Boeing Factory tour. It was so cool seeing all those planes in various stages of assembly and all the... More

The Boeing Store - Overl look of Paine Field and the Boeing Delivery Center for wide body aircraft. Looks like an international airport with all the world airline tail fins. Get a passport to see 2 other flight museums. Flying Heritage and Heritage Flight - both at Paine Field. Look at the Heritage Flight web site for fly days during... More

We took our teenager, a veteran traveler, to the Boeing Everett 747//767/777/787 assembly plant tour yesterday and had a terrific time! The 90 minute tour starts at the Future of Flight Aviation Center which offers a short introductory movie, a modest display of engines and aircraft and a great "museum shop". A short bus ride takes you to the enormous... More

See all there is to see about the next generation of Boeing Airplane Company. Emphasizing the 787, you will enjoy the new interior and open feel. You may take the factory tour or just relax in the new airplane delivery center. Remember to visit the gift shop for everything aeronautical!

We brought our 9 and 12 years old along to learn about how they make planes. Overall, my kids learned a lot and we loved it. They only suggestion is they talk a lot about past aviation and I wish they show more of future aviation.
