It's not a large zoo but is suitable for small children that get tired and bored easily. There's a small train ride they would enjoy and a few animals not usually found here. Very nice and well maintained foot paths. More

This is not a large zoo, but they have some really enjoyable exhibits. It is an easy walk around the park and partially shaded. The Mill Mountain Zoo is a fun place to spend the afternoon. I've been going here since I was a kid and the exhibits and the landscaping has just gotten better and better. All of the folks caring for the animals seem to really enjoy their jobs and treat the animals with kindness. Definitely a fun place to go! More
