Overall we enjoyed our trip, 2 hour up to the volcano and back. There were some lovely spots, we passed through a gorgeous fishing village which would have been really nice to stop at, but as we hadn't paid the 20euro's for the DVD and pictures the guide didn't stop, I think 20 is too expensive, and pictures whilst moving... Having only recently learnt to drive a car, I was initially nervous about driving a quad for the first time along the moderate stretch of public road at the beginning of the tour, which featured several junctions and roundabouts. However, driving it on the road actually proved very easy, and it was instead along parts of the uneven desert trails... More

My wife and I took the 6 hour tour on a 500 Quad, we were very fortunate as when we booked we were the only people on the tour so we got the private tour with Dax without paying extra. We have done this type of tour many times in different locations and can honestly say this was by far... More

We took the 2 hour tour and it turned out there no one else had booked for that day, which was a bonus. Our guide was really friendly and showed us how to work the quads, which was easy enough. You get some great views and I think it's a brilliant way to see a bit more of the island.... More

This was our first experience of this type of excursion. The staff were very helpful letting us try the buggy when we were just making enquiries and making sure we felt safe and secure. The buggy was easy to drive and after the initial short trip on the road to get to the off road bit almost comfortable. We did... More

I went on this tour with my boyfriend and my dad, we had two buggys between the three of us. We were really looking forward to this tour as we had been told it was very good. The positive of this tour were that the views were worthwhile, watching the beautiful waves crashing against the coast. Unfortunately for me the... More

Thank you for your contribution, it gives me the chance to underline a couple (FAQ) facts :) - The buggies are in good conditions. Of course by being out on dirt track most of the day, they look dirty, and being on a island in the middle of the ocean they look rusty even thought painted several times a year.... More

A faster tour? No Problem. We have the Canyon Tour for it. The track (not so many curves), the vehicle (a big 500cc quad), the guide (a former rally pilot) and also the price (150 euro per quad) are the appropriate for a fast tour. But please don't think you can do races on the snaky volcano tracks for 40... More

Went on this two hour tour with our two buggies we rented and four quad bikes that other people had rented. We were offered photos of the trip before we started by Pancho for €20 per buggy or for an extra €5 for both of us seen as we had two buggies rented, so I took the €25 option for... More

On our first day we went for the 4hr safari. We have seen very very nice places, the most stunning photos what we were making. We've got a buggy, what was fine, went allright. Unfortunately we didn't go for any speed or fun, we just took our time. The whole safari could be so much more fun, if you go... More

We spent Christmas and new year in fuerterventura and booked the 4hour tour on the 500cc quads, which was a private tour with the guide. Make sure you ask for Dax. The company was X-quad in Corralejo. We went through river beds, and up to volcanoes to feed the chipmunks. It was fast and exciting and well worth the value... More
