From beginning to end, this is a fabulous experience. Make sure you spend extra time in the men and women's lounge before and after your treatment.

I spent the day and took some fitness classes, hung out in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, had lunch by the inside pool, and finished the day with a massage. beautiful property. The hotel rooms are not impressive and overpriced, but it's great for a day visit.

Like any high end resort spa, the prices are high. The spa is beautiful however. They have in the past run specials (try early May and early November) during slower times when you can find a buy one get one deal.

the cardio room is small, in the basement, no windows, clostrophobic, needs fans or you can;t breath, poorly supervised, stay away from there, go swimming hole or stowe mountain lodge.................
