After a lot of thought about where we would go to celebrate my son's 5th birthday the decision was made to go here. My son absolutely loved it! All of the displays are amazing and the ability for him to have some hands on activities was wonderful. I hope to be returning again sometime in the near future!

Dad and I visited this attraction during the week and had a great time. Well done displays. Easy to read signs. Very educational and enjoyable for every age.

We went to Thanksgiving Point to see the Tulip Festival. Upon entry they refused to take a cash payment and then proceeded to overcharge my debit card. When I argued the overcharge, she "credited" my card back (or so I expected). I requested copies to ensure that the credit went through. What I didn't notice at the time is that... More

Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival only takes place for a couple of weeks each spring but it is well worth your time! Don't go at the beginning - the tulips aren't out as much as near the middle and end. We went on April 19 and it was fabulous! Bursts of color around ever corner, wide fields leading to neon bright... More

We only had a few hours to spare and we read that the Tulip Festival was starting on the day we arrived. Unfortunately, due to the cooler weather and the difficulty of predicting of when a tulip will decide to bloom, there were not as many tulips to see as we had hoped. Nonetheless, the garden has other things to... More

this was the last day of our holiday and we wanted to find something that the kids would find fun, and this certainly fit the bill. the adults liked the fact that the museum had lots of dinosaur skeletons and that most of them came from the local area. the kids liked the erosion table best and spent at least... The gardens at this time of year are unbelievable, they have planted more tulips than you can imagine. You have to see it to believe.

If you have any person in your family that is a dinosaur fan, you MUST stop here. It is amazing. We started with the 3D movie about the Ice Age (extra admission $) (which I felt ended up being a little bit slow, but I was worried the other two dinosaur 3D movies would be too scary for the youngest... This is a great place for kids to see the fossils, one of the largest dinosaur exhibits in the world. My six year old granddaughter loves it, and we have been there three times since she was four. It doesn't just teach the kids; adults learn something too. There are several interactive displays, including an area where the kids can... More

The gardens are worth the stop, it takes about a couple of hours to really see everything, but the perennials, annuals, shrubs, trees, and water fall will quiet the soul and still the heart. One little caveat come during the week days the week-ends are full of out of control children, whose parents are not willing to assert any discipline... More
