Love shopping at this outlet because its easy to get around and the stores are top-notch. The service is great in the stores I shopped. The only downside is the traffic on I35.
It is a typical smaller outlet center, but not enough quality stores and poorly laid out. And hey this is Texas, put in fans, misters, shade. Tip, go to San Marcos outlets!
You would think a "manufacturer outlet" would sell their stuff at a discount, but sadly this is rarely the case. They don't want to undercut the nearby conventional retailers of their merchandise. There are quite a many stores at the RRPO, it has that going for it, but the parking lot is generally packed and it is a crowded place.... More
Nice outlet mall to shop at. Especially like the Texas Store, and Disney Store there. Theres a good food court as well and lots of shops.
There really isn't enough of a selection and the mall name is misleading some of these stores are not outlets. The trip to San Marcos is worth it.
Call first if you're wanting to go to a specific store. I drove 25 miles with a fussy baby to buy a wedding gift only to find out the Corning Store was not longer there. The maintenance man I encountered told me that it had been gone for about a year, but they still had the name on their directories.... More
They're not that different, so I'm not sure what can make it good or bad. The stores are clean, the employees at most stores are friendly, and most of them have great sales year round. It's an outdoor mall, so rainy weather will effect your trip, but the main strips of shops have a cover so there is shelter.
