Wow you get two shows, take your insect spray during certain times of the year, but I love it. On some nights different groups drive their old cars and park at the back. So it's two movies and a car show---it's really worth the trip.

Cheap to get in, but expensive to buy food. Think about bringing some food with you as most of the people do. The kids enjoyed their first experience. The sound quality was good and having two recent films was a big plus and a great value.
I stumbled across this theatre on Groupon and decided my family and I could always try something new. It wasn't very expensive and not too far away so I decided why not. We drove out to Granbury and got there a little early thankfully. The line to get in was already backing up. I was worried about my girls having...

I'd never been to a drive-in, I was excited to have the experience. It was ok but the constant smell of the sewer system was a damper on the experience. We might try again in the summer, but I'm not sure.
We packed a picnic, which was good because the concessions were not much varied (if you're kind-hearted and/or like candy, hot dogs, etc. you could probably help the owners out by buying, though!). Double feature was so fun and nice to be able to chat during a movie, as you are in your own vehicle!
The last of a dying breed, this one-screen drive-in is family friendly and just plain fun. Even a mediocre movie seems better when you're watching in your car, and a great movie is a great adventure. Cash only, for admission AND the quaint concession stand, with sodas, cotton candy, hot dogs and (YES!) frito pie. Go, bring the kids, grab...

If you enjoy the few drive-ins left in our country, take your kids &/or grandkids to Brazos Drive-In. It's a wonderful step back into the '50's. You will truly enjoy it. Been there with our grandkids several times and it's reasonable and lots of fun.
This is a great reasonably priced outing for the family or even a date. At $20 a car load (max 6) you can watch a double feature of a recently released movie and enjoy modestly priced treats like popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, etc. We take out do along with us and the kids play out in front of the screen...

An outdoor movie theater like this should be protected! What a rare treat to take our kids to see a movie like we did before theaters were around! A really neat place for the whole family!
Fun place to take children so they can experience the way movies used to be viewed year ago! If the weather is nice, it is especially fun! I love that this place continues to operate and the price for a car load of people to see a double feature is amazing!
