It would be great if it wasn't for all the people. Perhaps the park is too small. We are accustomed to the Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels which gets a 6 on a 5 point scale and it is much bigger and more spread out so it doesn't seem so crowded. Galveston is small and cramped. Not a big fan.

kids really enjoyed the lazy river, which is not so "lazy" on one of the routes you can take - it makes giant 4 foot waves. It was really fun

Great for people who don't want to wait in lines all day @ a park. Lines if any go quickly as there are multiple launch points for most of the same rides.

I took the kids twice last year and both times they had a blast. I actually enjoyed it myself. We went on a weekday so the crowds were not too bad!
