A lot of fun, great vibe. Most of the Museum of Art is free and will keep you busy for hours. There are a few other free places, and the park is a great place to people watch.

Went to Deep Ellum Art Festival and Dallas Comedy House. Fun to walk around and see all the great art on underpasses too.

This is a first class Arts District that continues to get better. The Performing Arts High School, The Cathedral, The Myerson - the list goes on and on. Klyde Warren Park is complete and the food trucks are on site! This is a great place to spend time.

Friday nights after 5pm the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Crowe Asian Art Collection open their doors for free and close off the streets for a truly entertaining block party. Bands perform in different venues and food vendors line the streets. Activities for families as well as couples looking for an inexpensive way to spend a... More

Dallas has a remarkable collection of performance halls, art museums, a theater, school of the arts, etc. all together within a few blocks There are plush hotels on the fringes and several churches including a magnificent cathedral. The Dallas Symphony is great I would think the other musical organizations would match it.

Downtown Dallas has setup a magnificent arts district covering about 68 acres that has one of the most amazing collections of buildings, public spaces, streets meant for walking covered with pavers, outdoor sculptures, and skyscrapers with aesthetics. Far from being a urban jungle, the buildings seem to participate in an orchestra of visual beauty. With renowned architects designing the buildings,... More

Enjoyed the Arts, restaurants and PEOPLE watching. Great area to soak in the beat of Dallas. Went during the late afternoon, with a "native" Dallasite. Really a different feel from the rest of Dallas

Now here is a great place to stroll and especially if you like and appreciate art in many different forms. It is here, that you will find something that you did not expect to find, or expect to see how someone approached it. Very cool!
