A lot of fun, great vibe. Most of the Museum of Art is free and will keep you busy for hours. There are a few other free places, and the park is a great place to people watch.

Dallas has a remarkable collection of performance halls, art museums, a theater, school of the arts, etc. all together within a few blocks There are plush hotels on the fringes and several churches including a magnificent cathedral. Enjoyed the Arts, restaurants and PEOPLE watching. Great area to soak in the beat of Dallas. Went during the late afternoon, with a "native" Dallasite. Really a different feel from the rest of Dallas
Now here is a great place to stroll and especially if you like and appreciate art in many different forms. It is here, that you will find something that you did not expect to find, or expect to see how someone approached it. Very cool!
Love what have been done in the Art District. Always something to do. You'll enjoy symphony, museums, late Friday night events, and special exhibits.
