We were treated to a settler-era village in the heart of the park which offered historical insight into 17th century Euro-American lives. The park has plenty of wildlife and the park staff is pleasant and eager to share information as needed. The gift shop is well stocked, and the restrooms are clean and safe. Definitely worth the visit!!! More

Riding through the forest you realize it is just one of those roads you want to turn around to see it going from the other direction. If you are in the area, don’t miss carving around the winding turns! More
