For years I have been driving on Interstate 64 and have seen the signs for the Jack Daniels distillery. Each time I have thought about visiting, this time, I did. It was a good hour drive off of the interstate, but I made time to visit. I had been to the Maker's Mark distillery last fall so I was excited... More

The Jack Daniel Distillery is located in a small town about an hour and a half from Nashville, TN. The tiny town of Lynchburg, TN (pop. 361) is a quaint town that boasts the making of Tennessee sour mash whiskey and will acquaint you with the local product like none other. The two top things to do in Lynchburg is... More

We planned a nice bike trip up to Tennessee and found our way to the Jack Daniel's Distillery. Had a wonderful little day trip. Had time to walk to the town square and do some shopping. Nice town and very nice people. Had a wonderful tour. Great weather for the bike trip as well

You'd think this would be about whiskey, but it's not...it's about Tennessee history. We love this place and the tour of the distillery is completely free and family friendly. The town square, Lynchburg, is wonderful too. Try the BBQ Caboose for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed!

What a great tour, very good info our tour guide was the best, plenty of info about the company and how the distrillery works. They have 2 tours the free tour and the tour where you get free samples.

We toured this distillery and it was a fascinating experience to see how the product is still made the old fashioned way as per the original Jack Daniels. Our tourguide was entertaining, interesting, funny and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my visit.

My husband and I were headed to Chatanooga when we saw the billboard for the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg. Being huge fans of 'jack and coke', we decided to take the short 30 minute detour to take tour of the distillery. It was so interesting and educational! We wanted to take the 'tasting tour', but when we got there,... More

The one and a quarter tour took us around the area in various areas of the oldest distillery in the country. Our guide was personable and knew her facts.
