This had some really great shops for antiques and housewares shopping. Closes earlier than I would have expected with some stores not open on weekend.
What?! This place had the feel of an outlet mall with prices of a rich part of town. Eek. Not a good vibe overall. The antique store there had a lot of non-antiques mixed in and the prices were very expensive. I couldn't wait to leave.
You will find a lot of shops in one place here. All inside and very neat and clean. This was an old factory with a lot of history turned into a shopping mall of small shops. VERY NICE!!!
The Factory is a huge space, and has been nicely restored. We were there on a Friday afternoon, but did not see the crowds of people that we expected to see. The children's shop, "The Little Cottage" is precious and has fabulous upscale items and great gift wrap. We were the only ones in it. The wonderful art store upstairs... More
This mall is staffed with the local vendors. Much nicer than a flea market. Good place to find a unique gift.
I guess if you like malls with shops full of things with little actual usefulness it is great. The restaurants are okay but lean more toward chick food. That seems to be the going trend in "historic" Franklin. Guys if travelling through town just drop the ladies off and drive over to the Bunganut Pig, Cool Springs Brewery, or Brewhouse... More
