Great way to see Charleston from the water. Ride was relaxing and John was great and very friendly. We got to see beautiful houses and they were very knowledgable about the area. We even spotted some dolphins and they turned off the engine so we could watch them play.

Husband and I wanted to explore downtown but didn't want to have to worry with parking, luckily I found the water taxi! We boarded at the marina and had a nice ride to downtown. My family rode the water taxi today. Scott and Herman were the operators. They were very courteous, informative and on time. Highly recommended this to visitors. Easy to park and short walk into historic Charleston.

The water taxi ride was uneventful. The crew were helpful if passengers had questions about where to eat, etc. The taxi was very reliable and showed up according to the schedule on the card.

The water taxi was a great pleasant way to get a ride across the Cooper River in Charleston. It made stops at Charleston, the USS Yorktown aircraft carrier, and the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. We took the water taxi over to Patriot's Point and back. The guys managing the boat were friendly and the boat ride was smooth. On our return journey the driver went out of his way to show us dolphins swimming in the bay. A very convenient and scenic way to travel.

My wife and I were there this past April (2013). We took the water taxi over to Patriot's Point. The water taxi was on time and everyone was very friendly. We saw a couple of dolphins, lots of bird life and had a great view of the bridge and the aircraft carrier.
