The museum is across the street from the visitors center and should be the second stop (after the VC) on any first-time trip to Charleston. This museum was very interesting. It Showed all aspects of life through presentations and displays. Even historical animals had a place within these walls. We spent several hours going through the many sections and luckily there were benches to rest on intermingled between exhibitions. Glad we took the time to go through it. More
