Enjoyed a day at the park and the kids at soak zone. Went on a few rides and had my usual soft serve ice cream.

This is a wonderful destination if you have young children. Very family friendly park and great for little kids. We live just a few miles away and get season passes because my daughter can not get enough of this place!

We live 20 minutes away and go here often. This park is mainly geared towards young children though there are many rides for parents to enjoy as well. Idlewild is a fantastic park for families with young and not so young children. The Soak Zone is a great place to cool off on hot summer days, my youngest especially loves the Captain Kids water play area...I can let him play in the different areas without the fear of losing him. loved going to idlewild less rides then kennywood but more family friendly.my son loved the waterpark area an so did i.well worth the price puts kennywood to shame eventhought owned by the same people but kennywood is more boring now adays an way overpriced.
