Not only that plan on having lunch at the Quad. The food is excellent and is affordably priced. Rachel Ray rated the food here very highly during her visit. It is just a short stroll to Bush Pasture Park. This is a beautiful campus across the street from the Oregon State Capitol.

Stroll through Willamette's lovely campus to discover two special gardens, the long, narrow Martha Springer Botanical Garden behind Sparks Center athletic facility and the tiny Japanese Garden on the S. side of the Arts Bldg. The Springer Garden, is an excellent place for home gardeners to see many species native to Oregon and to get inspiration for garden design. Both... More

I too recently attended an event at Willamette Univ, and I highly recommend it as a venue for all kinds of events and for all ages. The campus grounds are stunning, with graceful, immaculate gardens and a beautiful stream winding through the campus. The Willamette staff were absolutely fabulous, from the groundskeepers to the event staff, everyone was quick to... More

I too attended the same educational conference at Willamette University in August. There were too many issues to deal with on a hot 90 degree day. Accommodations were awful as was the food and support from the Willamette staff. Things that were promised in writing never materialized. It was indeed a huge switch and bate; unacceptable dorm rooms, water being... More

Our organization recently used Willamette University for a major conference with attendees from all over the state. We had been told prior to registration that we would be in suite type rooms with separate baths. When we arrrive we discovered that our dorm had been moved and we were not in building built in the 1800s that had no a/c... More

Liked the small size and ease of navigating campus. Administrative staff and college student helpers all very friendly and professional and extremely helpful. Proximity to downtown excellent as well as proximity to major highway access.

I came up with my son for the Campus Orientation Day, Friday, April 6, 2012. After working a full day Thursday, April 5, 2012, we drove all night, about 11 hours, and arrived just before 7:00 A.M. Willamette staff were great! We received a free breaksfast from Bon Appetit staff: kudos to Susan. The campus is beautiful, and well kept.... More

We go every year to the "Christmas at Hudson Hall" concert. It is the highest caliber music sung perfectly. Also, I go to Zena Farm's garden workshop series sponsored by WU.
