My wife and I visit a lot of wineries. This place rates towards the top for friendliness and customer service. The hilltop location is a great view. I just received my first wine shipment and it is fantastic. This should be a don't miss spot on your Williamette tour.

I visit Oregon every year for wine tasting. I found a hidden gem this year - Utopia. I liked it so much, I went back for 2 additional tastings and bought more wine. Daniel is very friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to visiting again next year and being a member of this wonderful wine club.

My husband and I always include Utopia in our trips to the wine country. Their wines are consistently impressive and their hospitality welcoming. During our last visit, we took a picnic, opened a bottle and enjoyed their lovely new deck. Utopia wines are winning awards and their prices are reasonable. Dan was also willing to donate when I recently asked... More

We visited Utopia for the first time last fall and loved both the wine and the experience, so much so that we joined the wine club on the spot. We have had nothing but pleasant involvement and great wine from them and are looking forward to visiting again this summer.

Because we live in Portland, we get to visit Willamette Valley Wineries often. Utopia is small, only 1,000 cases per year, but very well made Pinot Noir. Even better, you get to meet and chat with the owner/winemaker, Dan, who can answer any and all your questions, including the 11 different clones of Pinot he's planted, how long he cold... More

We spent over an hour at Utopia talking with the Dan, the winemaker/owner. We learned about how he came to winemaking and his history with the vineyard. It was so interesting to learn how he came to Oregon and started the vineyard. This type of visit is why people travel to vineyards - to learn and share.

The Willamette Valley is beautiful. If you love Pinot Noir you will love visiting the wineries. If you are not a huge Pinot Noir fan, you might not love the wine but the vineyards are gorgeous and the people charming. However, Utopia Winery was a disastrous experience. I enjoyed the tasting room and even ordered wine from them which I... More
