If you're a runner or just a track fan, you don't need to be told about Historic Hayward Field. If you're not, I don't have enough space here to educate you. Just take my word, this is "Track Town, USA" and Hayward Field is to track and field what Notre Dame is to football.

Hayward Field has hosted many world-class events: Olympic Trials 4 times so far, NCAA Finals, Regional finals, 6 US Track Championships as well as the world-class UO track team events. The 2012 Olympic Trials will be held there next year. It is a eautiful track venue. Free to visit during non-event times. Event fees vary.
