I will be going back here just because it's so relaxing and everyone is so congenial. It does pay to live at the beach! Their attitudes show it!
Bookings, OR is one of the most beautiful places I have been on the Oregon Coast. The weather is mild and the scenery beautiful. Harris Beach is a must with it's beautiful shoreline and sea life. Take a nice picnic lunch and enjoy the afternoon. The sunsets are also beautiful.

This is a great town to visit. Do not miss the seafood. We were there in May 2013. The people are friendly. The town is very easy to get around in.

We fished and crabbed. Saw lots of big fish being cleaned that were freshly caught. Safe pier for kids to fish from - lots to see and do - Chetco Fish is our fav restaurant - not fancy but locals favorite.
