Being a very scenic piece of beach this is a great place to spend the day. Full and clean bathrooms and easy cement pathway down to the sand it is always a treat to be there. Always a place to spread a blanket or fly a kite. Just one of the best beach access areas on the Oregon Coast. Oh... More

The setting is beautiful with easy beach access. The camp sites are private and the rest rooms clean. The Redwoods are an easy day trip away. This is as nice as it gets.

Great place for flying kites :-) Beautiful view of the sunset on the water behind the rocks. Be careful when tides are coming in so you don't get stuck.

This is such a lovely, relaxing place with gorgeous views of the ocean and the large rock formations. We walked down a trail and cute little bunnies were on the pathway. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful beach with easy access. The views of the rocks are great. It's a nice place to just sit and watch the waves and relax. Lots of big rock formations to see.

This was the first Oregon state beach my husband and I had ever visited. It was safe to say we were blown away. My husband and I happened to drive by, and decided to stop after not finding much by way of tent camping in Gold Beach. We were so pleased we stopped! Tent camping fees only $16, with firewood... This beach has an amazingly easy access from hwy 101. Bring a picnic and grab a table - I've never been disappointed.

It was late afternoon and our reservations for the night were way up in Coos Bay. We'd lingered lovingly among the Redwoods and I hoped to attend an Art Walk up in North Bend, but eventually we just had to give it up and enjoy what we were seeing. My husband pulled into Harris Beach "for just a moment" and... More

We love to walk on the beaches at Harris Beach and there is a great place to park on the bluff and watch for whales. We have seen many whales here in January. They also have a wonderful campground - one of our favorites and yurts, too.
