Unfortunately didn't have time to have a meal there- but the restaurant looked lovely. $5 for the gallery and museum entrance was well spent to see the beautiful building, artwork and museum.
Had a drink at the cafe which is so different in style to the rest of the building but still fitted perfectly into the premises.

$5 entry for the gallery and museum parts of the convent. Worth the price of admission for the views from the Bell Tower and the opportunity to experience life in the convent. Lots of interesting things to learn and lovely art on display. They had an artist in residence when we visited. Didnt eat in the cafe but it looked...

Fantastic place to visit. Highly recommend it. The Convent has been beautifully and lovingly restored. Great history - visit the Dungeon (aka Music room) and the Infirmary!! as it is a bit spooky. Gift shop has interesting things to buy and very frendly staff. Will go for the Ghost Tour next time around.

Step back in time at The COnvent in Daylesford. Once the home of the Gold Comissioner and then the Presentation Sisters. Such an amazing place full of fun, art and history. Enjoy a cuppa in the Bad Habits Cafe or browse the historic display in the Museum. Perhaps book in for a GHOST TOUR. There is so much for everyone...
