AVOID OYSTER BAY AT ALL COSTS. We have been coming to Myrtle for 16 years and Oyster Bay has always been in the rotation. That is until this year. The course was completed backed up all day. Beautiful old school golf course. It's very popular and can get crowded (slow). Set close to the water - so wind may be a factor. Usually in excellent condition. Club house is old, but comfortable. Pub-grub type menu. The entire staff does a nice job, and makes you feel welcome. More

I played OB about a year ago, the course was in OK shape (some fairways were plush and others were sparse) the greens were in decent shape.
