I enjoyed the Natural Science Museum more than this one, but this wasn't half bad. If you go on a weekend the parking is FREE as well nearby in the parking lot on the other side of the building. This museum had mainly just 1 floor of exhibits and it took us (family of 4, 25-58) not even an hour... more

A friend and I stumbled on this museum while walking around downtown Raleigh. While not as exciting or engaging as the Natural Science Museum across the plaza, the exhibits were interesting and gave a bit of insight into the history of North Carolina.
