On our third annual Red Hat event in Laughlin a 3 day stay was a wonderful experience. The dam is closed for all tours do to security issues and available funds. I was there in December of 02. It would have been much better if you could have had a tour of the dam and power plant. There was not much to see except a view of the river and the lake. No plans are being made... More
