the tour is relatively short in duration, but long in history & local information. Wave to the locals on the street.

The tour takes you around the capital city especially to see the older houses. The tour guide was excellent , anative of Helena and a state legislator.
This is a great way to see the city and learn about its history. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
We loved the tour guide. She was very knowledgable about the area and it's history. Love the train! Will do again!
The commentary was helpful and personal, like a friend sharing stories about the town. We didn't realize the ticket taker was also the driver. She had fun stories and jokes.
We only had one day in Helena so took the tour. The guide was very friendly but a little stilted for my liking, it sounded like a learnt off script rather than being off the cuff but thats ok. We had the historic looking trolley which was good...added to the concept. The tour brings you all over Helena and is...

This train is very nice if the weather is not too hot, try to take first or last tour in the day, it is really cool if you have little kids. Train takes you around town but hard to take pics cause train doesnt stop at all during the whole hour. Nice to see mansions in Helena.
Takes about an hour and if you are a history buff, this is for you. Goes all over town and gives the history of everything. We are not from Helena but had been there several times before. We learned a lot and had an enjoyable job. The driver is a history teacher and made it enjoyable. So enjoyable that my...

This one hour "train" tour was a great time for our family. It takes you past the cathedral, state capitol, governors mansion, and more. When your tour is complete (about an hour) be sure to take your ticket to various shops in the walking mall to redeem for free treats and goodies.
