There is a little information center with a video and aquariums. The fishery itself is self guided except for certain months they have tours. Easy walk through and you can feed the fish for a quarter. Great learning experience for kids and adults!
We enjoyed the movie and the different fish, turtle, snakes etc on display inside. Outside it was great to learn how the many fish are bred and placed in the lakes around Branson. Fun for the entire family as you drive over the dam and to the lake above.
Went here with the family! A few interesting things inside but my 3 year old LOVED feeding the fish! Being a cup to put fish food in and some quarters!!! Well worth it on a nice day! Also walked down to lake after and watched fisherman fishing! We loved it!
We stopped at the fish hatchery on our way out of town. Our kids loved this place! They loved seeing the different creatures in the visitor center, as well as feeding the fish. Bring a cup to fill with fish food and lots of quarters. Our kids are 5 and 2 and they went through a lot of fish food!
We spent a lovely hour here one afternoon. Our visit began with a 12-minute video, followed by a Q&A about the hatchery with staff. Then we checked out some neat animals on display in the center. We concluded with feeding the fish and watching them swarm in their raceways. All in all, a quiet, peaceful, free way to spend an...

Cheap time to take your children to feed the fish. They had almost everyone full of fish. Our children loved feeding them and watching them. They had great displays inside as well.
We traveled as two seniors and two grandchildren. This was a FREE thing, and the kids really enjoyed it. They feed the fish for $1 and had a great time.
We went here last week when it was chilly out..our family was looking for something to do to break up the day. The inside tanks were interesting...weird that the fish all seemed to be looking at us! When we went outside to look in the big tanks the feeder truck was just coming around. That was fun to watch the...

We stopped by here for about 45 minutes and fed the fish. Fish food is 25 cents for a handful. A cup or small bag is an advantage, so remember to bring one along. There is a lot of fish here and some good exhibits to learn more about the local wild life. A nice spot to spend some time...
