Beautiful lighthouse!! Worth seeing. Great views, I love going. I always get great pictures!! I definitely suggest going.

What a beautiful Lighthouse sitting so close to the Mackinac Bridge and Lake Huron. Walked all around outside and took many pictures, in and out of the water!

This lighthouse has been restored to its original condition and has a lot of historical significance that you can learn about with your family, with your kids, or by yourself. If you are into nautical stuff, or lighthouses, or are just a history buff, you would probably enjoy this.

My wife and I had a good time here. I suggest taking the guided tour up into the lighthouse. It was very informative and it is a nice view!

This was our last stop before leaving Mackinaw City and we only wish that the inside was open. Beautiful lighthouse and if you're lucky to catch it on a sunny day a great view of the Straights, Bridge and Mackinaw Island. You can walk down to the water front and take some nice pictures.

The light house, tower and tour guide were interesting and informative. Our guide did a wonderful job explaining the history of this light house, as well as the keepers who tended it. Also interesting movie on ship wrecks at the Straits

We weren't up to paying for the tour, but there was still plenty of info around the grounds. The view is amazing, and the lighthouse is picturesque. The gift shop was clean and pleasant. Overall, a nice experience.

My husband and I got married here on 9/24/12 and just had the best time! The staff is very friendly (especially Scott Witsman) and of course the lighthouse is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously kept. This lighthouse is an exceptional experience and a must for your trip to Mackinaw City. The guide in period costume was energetic and informative. He shared a lot of information about the people who kept these lights burning "back in the day". You get a great view from the top looking out to the bridge.
