The Beech Forest Trail was a nice easy mile-long hike around two of Provincetown's ponds. Easy to do with a toddler, yet still interesting.
Went off with friends biking for a morning, and was shown around this area starting from Herring bone beach and we traveled all through these amazing trails, around the little lakes etc. it was stunningly beautiful to be in the forests, with excellent trails , well marked signs, and great photo opts.
a really enjoyable bike ride, one of my happiest moment in Ptown, well worth renting a bike for a day (22$)
The walk at Beech Forest is for birders. Where there are birds there are bugs. We have seen regular stuff, but also an abundance of warblers in the spring. Bring the bug spray.
