If ever you are in Rock Hall Maryland for a weekend visit make a reservation for a cruise with Captain Mark. It was a fun experience. We had a cruise with just enough wind to make the trip toward the Bay Bridge at a speed all of us were comfortable with. Some of our party had never been on a... More

We took our four grandchildren for an hour and a half sail on a beautiful Saturday in late April and they had a ball!! Captain Mark, an American history teacher during the week, gets the kids involved as soon as possible. The image below captures their delight in helping with the sails. They also got a turn at the helm,... More

My family was warmly greeted with an "Ahoy Matey", by ship's hand, Suzanne Einstein, as we arrived at the Rock Hall, Maryland, dock. We boarded a sailboat that was Captained by her husband, Mark, and were under way, out into the waters of the Chesapeake Bay for a sunset cruise. Mark and Suzanne were great hosts as they offered refreshments... More

We had a lovely afternoon sail with Captain Mark and First Mate Suzanne. We got near a tall ship, Kalmar Nyckel, that was coming to Chestown for Downrigging Weekend and Captain Mark set off a cannon. As a bonus, Suzanne makes a mean margarita. Next year we are going to try the sunset cruise.

It's almost too difficult to put into words how awesome Captain Mark and First Mate Suzanne are. First and foremost, you will never have a sailing experience any better than aboard the Crab Imperial. The beautiful Chesapeake Bay, the comfortable Crab Imperial, the Einstein's experience and love of sailing is a package deal that can't be beat! A bucket list... More

Always wanted to sail on a schooner and finally got the chance last weekend in September aboard the Crab Imperial. The day was beautiful - had wonderful time on the water and one of the best crabcakes I ever had at the Waterman's Crab House. Captain Mark and First Mate Suzanne were personable hosts and the trip was lovely -... More

We knew one outing wouldn't be enough - so we booked back to back sails and were glad we did! The Crab Imperial is well maintained and very comfortable for the sailing we did. The Einsteins are wonderful hosts and you can tell they LOVE what they do! If you've never been sailing or are an experienced sailor, you will... More

We had a wonderful time. The boat is beautiful and immaculate. Mark and Suzanne were great hosts. It was very easy to get on and of the boat (even for us older folks). They are conveniently located in the Rock Hall harbor right next to Waterman's Crabhouse. We would strongly recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful time sailing the Chesapeake with Mark and Suzanne. I'd highly recommend it, and the price was very, very reasonable. Probably the best activity in Rock Hall!
