I learned a few things by walking around but def wouldn't take any children there. It would be better if they added some interactive exhibits

Loved the exhibits! It is historically very informative. The reception was great and the knowledge expressed is more than what we expected. The visit lead us to see Breakwater and Owl Head lighthouses. A visit to the museum is a must.

Not only is this a great place to check out, but there is a visitor's center in the lobby, and all the workers are friendly and knowledgable about the area. We are so glad we went!

Loved all of the insight about lighthouses - I never even had head of a floating lighthouse until we were here.

We went in here looking for the Public restrooms and were surprised to find a FREE museum and visitor center staffed by super friendly people. Quite a nice place - worthy of adding to a to-do list when in Rockland!!!

We went to the Maine Lighthouse. It was extremely interesting and I learn so much information on the history of lighthouses in Maine.
