Despite all negative things I had heard from locals, I took my parents to this show. I moved to Kentucky couple of years back, show was quite informative, we found it quite good. Worth if you're new to Kentucky region.

The executive producer and creative team took great care to ensure that the show was an accurate portrayal of the state, and not a "fluff" piece, so I'm sorry you felt it was self-promoting. Most viewers leave the theater...

It's a short film, but it does a great job of introducing visitors (and natives) to the state of Kentucky. With the convenient location at the Kentucky Center on Main Street, you can easily check out KentuckyShow! while visiting other attractions in the area.

As a native I finally saw this show on a Groupon special. I would not recommend seeing or not seeing. It is a good little show but nothing outstanding and missing it would not be a big thing if your time is limited. Chairs are pretty uncomfortable, theatre is pretty unimpressive.

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts with us. I apologize that you felt the seats were uncomfortable. Unlike most movie theaters, our theater was designed for flexibility in use, and the chairs are lightweight so that they can be easily moved for various events.

What a wonderful production. For someone who was raised in Louisville and resides elsewhere, it sure make me homesick. This sums up the wonderful attributes of our great state superbly. There is no place like Kentucky.

The Sun Shines Bright on my Old Kentucky Home… Without a doubt, this one of the greatest songs ever written about our wonderful state. Can you even imagine The Kentucky Derby without thinking of this song first? It gives me goose bumps and brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it!
