The folks who work here are helpful, friendly and love to talk about this interesting family-owned attraction. Loved petting the kangaroo and emu; feeding birds who were perched all over me; visiting unusual birds in their cages. Holly did a wonderful cave tour - even the non-nimble like me could do this tour of this onyx cave, which was breathtakingly...

Had a great time at Kentucky Down Under, Again. Each time we have a great day.
Love entering the large walk in cages and feeding the birds. They land on you and eat peanut butter and sesame seeds off of a tongue depressor they give you.
Our son loves holding the lambs and milking the cows. Great place and nice...

Loved being able to pet the soft kangaroo! Making the laughing kookaburra bird talk & laugh was hilarious. I am ready to go back!

We went to the barn and saw how to shear sheep and several got to milk the lamb. We also saw the...

We started with a tour of the outback and kangaroo facts and...

Being able to interact with kangaroos in a large, open pen was worth the price of admission for us. We also enjoyed the barn tour, where they demonstrated sheep herding with a collie in a large field and then took us into a barn to show how the sheep were shaved and cows were milked.
There is an aviary where...

We visited kentucky down under in 2010 or 2011 i cant remember, and enjoyed it very much. I took the whole family and got to watch my kids engage in some family oriented games and the staff was very energetic in going the extra mile for you and your kids. But this time we went, we was greeted by a...
